Here's the 3rd Hand Tool Clutch Adjuster! It's a tool that makes cable adjustments easier than they've ever been before. It's called the "third hand tool" because 3 hands is what it would take to make pulling cables this easy and convenient. After pulling cables with one of these, you'll never go back to any other method and you'll find that your scooter riding is wholly incomplete without one of these in the glovebox. Although this tool might not be necessary for a new Vespa, it makes it a breeze to adjust cables on your vintage Lambretta, Vespa or any other old scooter. Any scooter garage is incomplete without this tool.
