CONDITIONS OF SALE - CHISELSPEED TUNING

ALL ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED AND GOODS SOLD SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Prices

ChiselSpeed Tuning reserve the right to invoice goods at prices ruling at date of despatch.

Delivery

All delivery dates are given in good faith and ChiselSpeed Tuning shall not be responsible for delay or failure to deliver insofar as due to or contributed by any cause whatsoever.

Payment

All prices are strictly net unless otherwise stated in writing and payments are to be made at the end of the month following the dates of invoices. Should payment not be received by the due date further supplies may be suspended, all monies outstanding be demanded for immediate payment and interest charged at the prevailing bank rate.

Title

Title to the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until payment of all monies has been recieved in full by ChiselSpeed Tuning.

Faulty Goods

Any goods claimed by the Buyer to be defective through faulty workmanship or materials must be advised to ChiselSpeed Tuning within 3 days. Any goods proved to be defective will be repaired or replaced at ChiselSpeed Tuning' option. In any event our liability is limited to the invoice price of the goods and ChiselSpeed Tuning shall not be liable for any special damages, consequential loss, loss of profits or other expenses incurred.

Shortages

No claim for damage in transit or shortage of delivery will be entertained unless ChiselSpeed Tuning are advised within 3 days of reciept of goods. ChiselSpeed Tuning must be notified of non-delivery within 10 days of the date of despatch.

VAT

Value Added Tax at the rate in force at the tax point will be applied to the value of goods supplied.

Refunds

Any items purchased by credit card incur an extra charge to ChiselSpeed Tuning by the credit carfd company, therefore any refunds made on credit card payments will be given less a 10% deduction to cover our costs.
